Views Date Field Filters now use date element instead of textfield

New sites will be mostly unaffected although site builders may no longer want to use certain contrib or custom solutions. However, existing sites that use date fields as views filters may be negatively impacted if they have custom code or certain contrib modules affecting the views filters for date fields.

Known contrib modules that could have conflicts from this change are:

• Date Popup. Impact unknown, but likely best resolved by uninstalling the module and clearing caches.
• Better Exposed Filters. Only impacted if the option to display a date popup has been configured for the specific field in the view. Resolve by disabling that modification to the field in View->Advanced->Exposed form style->Settings in the UI or adjusting the view config in code.
