I can't see on the website of the company that they have offices in Ukraine and therefore I cannot verify that is correct.
I also suggest that you work a bit on the description of the company. Especially make this text more readable, now it is like copy/paste from blocks on the website:

Hi.
We are trying to rid out of copy of our company's profile at Drupal.org. It is appeared because company field was textfield many years ago and became reference field near 3 years ago. Different ways of writing the company name generates a lot of copies.

I'm working at Door3 and trying to make normal representation of company but facing with the problem:
We have this company page https://www.drupal.org/door3-0 that is the Drupal service provider listing
We have normal company url and page that is under my ownership: https://www.drupal.org/door3.

Can we just turn off listing of the https://www.drupal.org/door3-0 and attach it to the https://www.drupal.org/door3 and delete (or transfer ownership to me)?

After that we could reattach people from the duplicate to the real presentation of the company.

Right now, I see that all of company members moved to /door3 page (automatically or this is a bug of d.org :) ) and we have /door3-0 that in the listing.

I made you the owner of https://www.drupal.org/door3-0. As for the path alias, it probably need the new organization page to be deleted, to be fixed.
First, I would copy data from https://www.drupal.org/door3 to https://www.drupal.org/door3-0.

Could you please now change url alias at the actual page?
