The items in this render array should have #weight properties that are properly spaced (e.g. 10, 20, 30, 40) so that their order remains consistent across releases and other modules can easily add their own items in the desired place.
Adjust social_group_menu_local_tasks_alter to provide #weights for all known $data['tabs'][0] children.
Add the correct weight for group related links to the following .yml files:
