Submission limits can be set to unique (1) for total submissions and user submissions.
Site builders can now set 'Limit total to one submission per webform/source entity' or 'Limit users to one submission per webform/source entity'. These settings will automatically load the unique total or user submission.
This feature allows a webform to act as a site-wide configuration page (Limit total) or a user profile (Limit user).
