When using statistic_filter and browcap and connecting to the site with Opera browser a user error popped up....

user error: Duplicate entry 'Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Mac_PowerPC Mac OS X; en) Ope' for key 1

The title of the other bug should be changed. Its too ambiguous for people to realise they're having the same problem. (ie. the solution is below)
