Since we have already a table destination, it makes sense to have a table source that can be used by simple custom migrations without forcing the development of a source plugin.

Don't know about the tests failing, but the actual plug-in is RTBC. Very helpful. I just copied it to my custom migration module and updated the namespace. Would have been nicer to not bother with this.
