Request to take control of sliderfield module

Hi,
despite my efforts to contact the project owner through email, contact form and issue queue for quite some time now, i was unable to get his attention #2989074: Request to Become Maintainer
Currently i'm the maintainer of the project but my access is limited and cannot add more maintainers to the project nor can i fully manage the project, therefore i'm asking the change of owner ship of the project to myself.
