Request for 'confirmed' role

Hi,

This is Hassan Farooq, i tried to post a comment on a thread but got message "There was a problem with your form submission. Please wait 36 seconds and try again." along with link to make a request for confirmed user.

I work as a drupal developer and have to post comments, questions, etc on threads, please guide me part i could do be registered. Please confirm my role.
