- Justin handling flattening website
- James spent some time looking into the bigger distros
- James' proposal: host install profile code on d.o, use to spin up all future websites, not tied to a specific year
- Need a "skeleton" repo that we use to spin up new projects with Composer
- Hosting individual year's website on github vs. d.o: credits on d.o, better issue management experience on github
- Leaning toward hosting camp site repo on pantheon and managing issues on d.o
- Next steps: James to start working on install profile and get code added to project/dcco
- This year's release will be 8.x-2.x, James will create that tag when he pushes the install profile up
Venue
- Nelson is on board to handle venue and sponsorship coordination this year
- Nelson needs venue contacts and dates
- Nick to get venue contact email address for Nelson
Sponsorship
- Nelson to ask around about how Midcamp handles sponsorship tiers and pricing
