Adjust use of whitespace to match Drupal coding standards

PAReview reveals that, among other things, there are numerous places where the use of whitespace in the Token module is not consistent with Drupal coding standards. It would be good to fix these to get closer to the standards and so that PAReview can be more readily used to fix other coding standards discrepancies without spacing things cluttering up the list of issues. The included patch should fix the majority of these issues.
