Hi,
I'm only seeing
rel="nofollow"
on cart and checkout links,

I've tried to set several primary links to either
Dofollow on every page except the listed pages.
or
Dofollow on only the listed pages.

with the field below blank.

Shouldn't
a) one or the other set nofollow on these menu items on all pages ?
b) show up in the .html source (which it isn't ?)
