@sudheeshps: That issue was already committed, so by definition it will be in the next stable release.

I'd like to propose #2989620: Performance enhancement: Allow menu_rebuild() to be skipped for the next release, as we could see vast resource savings from fewer menu rebuilds, thus lowering Drupal's carbon footprint ;)

#2506259: Plugin to provide an relationship handler for comment parent is older, but looks like it might be a candidate for the 7.x-1.15 release.

Release 1.15 is here https://www.drupal.org/project/ctools/releases/7.x-1.15 I think issue can be closed?
