TB simply should be marked as unsupported

This notice about TB simply has is posted to comply with the procedures for Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects.

It is posted to inquire whether the project/theme is still being maintained.

The reason I am asking is that the present owner (ThemeBrain) is generally unresponsive, and no longer addresses security or licensing issues (see for example, this issue). I believe that use of projects owned by ThemeBrain should be discouraged until a new, more responsive, owner/maintainer is found.

If there is no response within two weeks, this issue will be moved to the Drupal.org project ownership issue queue with a recommendation that the project is delisted until a new maintainer is found.

A copy of this notice has been sent the current owner/maintainer (ThemeBrain) via the contact tab on the Drupal.org user profile page.
