The changes have been made in the last dev branch provokes errors while importing new users + soma warnings while importing (yes, it still imports) Anonymous User. Here is the patch affecting an Anonymous User, However, I do think we have to keep User 1 to be exported/imported. It could be useful for password changing for example.
