I set up The captcha and I am using Webform. When I add the captcha, the only way that I can get it to show up on the form is if I check the admin. The problem with this is that it pre-solves the captcha and the form does not require captcha before submitting.

@amadhav1@jhu.edu, Captcha is default disable for admin just because the User/Admin is authorized, So they can skip the verification.
Also, Skip captcha is default set for Admin & Admin can see the set permission for that. PFA for the same.

This is really interesting that CAPTCHA does seem to be working for some people. I'm seeing a lot of comments in the queue about the form not working at all, but I'm wondering if some of those don't realize that it is disabled for admin.
