Hello!

I was about to contribute a patch to your module and while working on it I discovered the interface ConsentStorageManagerInterface was using wrong namespace: Drupal\eu_cookie_complaince\Plugin. (misspelled compliance word).

Here comes a small patch that takes care of that.

I renamed the namespace and did grep -r 'eu_cookie_complaince' to make sure nobody was using the old namespace. The website works as expected with this patch.
