Description: 

When an anonymous user returns after a draft was saved, this draft is loaded.
If a reset button is present and the user clicks on it, because he wants to start over again with an empty form, the draft is now deleted and the form is getting refreshed.

  • I did the update per standard "manual" Drupal 8 Module update instructions (webform 8x-5.0-rc14)
  • I ran update.php. (7 db updates) Everything passed
  • I cleared the cache
  • When I open my webform (build) and add element, I do not see a reset button option. It used to be down near the submit button in the list.

Did I miss something? Thanks in advance for any direction.
