Submit button label on exposed form is confusing for first-time users

It seems I'm not the only who initially mistook the filter form for an 'add' form on the Redirect > URL Redirects page:

#2894676: Adding redirect fails with "There is no redirect yet."
#2858080: /node to /home

I suggest changing the default button label in views.view.redirect.yml from "Apply" to "Filter", same as in core's views.view.content.yml.
