It would be nice if there was a text area on the admin settings page that one could enter paths to disable the menu on (similar to block display settings). One reason for this is that simplemenu breaks the layout of the IMCE pop-up window.

If I get time, I'll roll a patch for this. For now just throwing this out there so I don't forget about it.

Added page visibility a la block visibility. Also added an option to use javascript to detect when inside of a popup window, since this seems to be larger issue. This is turned on by default, but can be turned off in the settings page.
