avpadernoSee also https://www.drupal.org/project/projectownership/issues/2113435, where a change of ownership was requested.

avpadernoSince you already are listed as maintainer with full permissions on that project, if you merely want the project ownership to be changed to your account, I can make that change.
Shared accounts cannot be used to commit code, as per Drupal.org Terms of Service/Accounts. You should instead use your own account to commits code, which is something you can already do. Each developer needs to use a separate account used from a single person.
If the account isn't a shared account, we don't change the account's email to allow another user to use that account. Only the user who created that account can ask to gain access to the account.
Again, if you just need to maintain the project, you can do that with the permissions you have on that project. If you want to be the project owner, with your account, you can open an issue to become the new project owner.

avpadernoI am closing this issue due to lack of replies.
We cannot provide information about accounts in public issues, nor change the email of an existing account. Requests like this should be emailed to help@drupal.org.
