Updated [View Modes Inventory] module from 8.1.0-beta3 to 8.1.0-rc1

• Issue #2940155: Changed composer SPDX license identifier from GPL-2.0+ to GPL-2.0-or-later
• Issue #2947751: Changed All images in Vertical and Horizontal media teasers to be linked to content.
