#2543726: Make $term->parent behave like any other entity reference field, to fix REST and Migrate support and de-customize its Views integration was committed to Drupal 8.6.0

It removes the taxonomy_term_hierarchy table in favour of a normal field table - taxonomy_term__parent

Oh, nice - I did search the issue queue for taxonomy_term_hierarchy but came up blank.

Better to have two than none I guess
