I want, to put webform_actions inside container.

actions_container:
  '#type': container
  actions:
    '#type': webform_actions
    '#title': 'Submit button(s)'
    '#submit__label': 'Send'

I received error

The Submit button(s) (webform_actions) is a root element that can not be used as child to another element

Is it possible to allow webform_actions render inside container, without editing /templates/webform-actions.html.twig
I think it is a nice feature for site builders.

I can now see am immediate use-case where someone would want the entire form with the submit button nested in a Details element.

I tested it, and it works for me
Only local images are allowed.
