Problem/Motivation

If the URLs for the pages are manually set and the path to a page earlier in the breadcrumb is changed, the breadcrumb for that part is rendered as text.

Proposed resolution

Add a check to the redirect module and use that if available.

I've added a check to look-up the segment URLs in the redirect table (if available). This will then use the normal path to construct the path to the breadcrumb segment instead of the old/redirected URL.
