Quick edit added to the latest version page provided by content moderation.

Previously when using content moderation, for data integrity quick edit was disabled when content had a pending revision. The latest version tab did not support using quick edit to edit the content in the latest version of the entity.

This support has been added with the addition of a new contextual link group for the latest version of an entity:
