I have reported it at https://www.drupal.org/project/pathologic/issues/2927759. Btw, we would have to apply that patch in drupal-org.make file until they fix it there.

junaidpvSorry, the patch I submitted at #2927759: Update hooks for D7 present in D8 version of module does not apply for the version (commit e0473546e51cbeaa3acb34e3208a0c503ca85613) used in varbase. This patch would be required to apply.
