Hi,
Here is a patch include the correction, so that Slick views can work on RTL in Drupal 8.

Note :
https://www.drupal.org/node/2859871 : This issue was opened as Drupal 8 version, it was closed and fixed but it didn't resolve the issue in Drupal 8, it just resolve the problem in Drupal 7.
