Setting "Rated while editing" not working for Stars formatter, always we see only Stars select form. Need fix formatter to some static stars view mode.

fivestar.theme.inc: No such file or directory

Hi!

Copy fivestar.theme.inc on root of module, apply the patch and replace fivestar.theme.inc in /includes.

A litle hacky but is work! ;)
