In #2884528: Support webprofiler, a change was made to pass EntityTypeManager to WebformSubmissionsDeleteFormBase rather than WebformSubmissionStorage, in order to support Webprofiler.

At the time, drush_webform_purge() was not updated to reflect this change, and passes WebformSubmissionStorage to classes that extend WebformSubmissionsDeleteFormBase, causing the command to fail.

The attached patch updates drush_webform_purge to pass EntityTypeManager where appropriate.
