Request for Maintainer access for Cctags Module

I had ported D8 version of Cctags Module more than a month ago (https://www.drupal.org/node/2878506).

I tried to contact maintainer of the module but didn't get any response. There has been no ownership action being taken for other issues on the module D7 version.
I would like to have maintainer access of the project so that i can actively maintain the module.
