Also please add a warning if there are no categories for your lists under MailChimp. I added this module with out doing anything other than signing up in MailChimp and it was very confusing to me what to do next. I almost moved on.

Categories? for Lists? Just starting with MailChimp myself, and don't see any documentation of categories for lists. Please enlighten ...!

I re-categorized this as a support request, not a task.

MailChimp support suggests: "asking if their Categories refer to our Interest Groups, our Merge Vars, or something completely different that we haven't guessed at," as well as "in referring to categories they mean a list interest group? If that's the case then you can create an interest group/categories in the list set up wizard under step 3."

If the module requires special setup on the MailChimp side, and will not function without it, the nature of that setup should be documented. Thanks!
