If SSO login is enabled and the logo isn't explicitly configured (maybe when it is - not actually sure where to configure it?) and the theme logo uses a relative path then the SSO button image will be empty.

I'll attach a patch shortly for checking whether the theme image is relative and switching it to an absolute URL.

The 2 year old patch in #2 to DisqusCommentManager.php applied cleanly to the latest disqus 8.x-1.x-dev, but still needs to be reviewed.
