On my local, standard install of Drupal 8.33, there were three Content Types listed under Admin > Structure > Content Types: Article, RSS and Basic Page. I deleted the RSS type. Now, when I go to my Homepage all of the content (one basic page and two articles) I had previously promoted to the Front Page is no longer there, and all that is displayed is a "Page Not Found" error page. So, how can I restore the RSS Content Type? I am thinking and hoping that restoring the RSS Content Type fixes this problem!
Thanks,
Richard

I suggest reverting to a recent backup. not sure where the 'RSS content type' would have came form. I don't have one in my recent install of Drupal 8.x though I utilize the minimal installation.

enabling the core aggregator module which provides the core RSS feature, did not generate a RSS content type either. You'll need to dig to figure out how that content type was provided.
I have no backup, so still looking for a solution : (
