The latest HEAD is broken, recent patches (e.g. #2892809: Entities with long string IDs are causing errors in key value store, #2717721: Drush commands for bulk alias updates) are showing failures related to form submissions:

I haven't tried replicating it locally but possibly an error is preventing the pages from rendering.
