FWIW, #2890189: Unofficial content_moderation 8.3.2 to 8.3.3 upgrade path also works for 8.3.4 and 8.3.5.

Yeah, only really creating an issue where a new patch release requires it, so unless otherwise stated, 8.3.2 to 8.3.3 will work up to 8.3.x.

Version: 8.4.x-dev » 8.5.x-dev

Drupal 8.4.0-alpha1 will be released the week of July 31, 2017, which means new developments and disruptive changes should now be targeted against the 8.5.x-dev branch. For more information see the Drupal 8 minor version schedule and the Allowed changes during the Drupal 8 release cycle.

Now that content moderation is in beta, an upgrade path will be supported in core. If you've used any of the patches, please remember to remove them afterwards and then reset your schema version back to "8401" (the latest as of 8.4 currently):

drush ev "drupal_set_installed_schema_version('content_moderation', 8401);"
