Our Drupal User Personas would benefit from a bit of a refresh. I would like to suggest that add characteristics to one of our persons to signal accessibility needs.

These excellent personas by Whitney Quesenbery represent a wide diversity of accessibility needs, and can serve as inspiration for augmenting what we have: http://rosenfeldmedia.com/a-web-for-everyone/personas-for-accessible-ux

Personas are necessarily synthetic beings and should represent an abstraction of averages. However, everyone is exceptional (particularly Drupal contributors). It is unrealistic to roll all needs for all people into 3 personas, but we can signal that accessibility is important and something that we take seriously as a community if we imbue one of our personas with more unique traits.
