Core/Module Version: Drupal8.3.2, Migrate Tools/Migrate: 8.x-4.0-beta1.
I installed/enabled above modules. Then create a test migration group on Migrations management view.
I go following error message when I click "List Migration" button.
"The website encountered an unexpected error. Please try again later."

Please take a look on the video of reproduce steps.

Please anyone help me.
Thanks a lot.

This is probably #2825846: Migrate Tools dashboard plugin manager/config deriver UI issues, which has been fixed - can you try the -dev release of Migrate Tools?
