Just letting you know that I found several syntax errors in this file. I am going to fix a few files and make one commit on #3041914: [DE] Start over user guide translation. Will be done in a little while hopefully...

The problem is that someone translated the link names in things like

<<prevent-cache-clear>>

Those have to stay in English -- they are page ID codes.
