Add date argument handler to _search_api_views_handler_mapping()

There's a Search api date argument handler (Drupal\search_api\Plugin\views\argument\SearchApiDate ), but at some point this was removed from the views data hook (now mapped in _search_api_views_handler_mapping()). Simple patch to add it back in to follow.
