The Aegir Composer module adds support for building platforms using `composer create-project`. We should support tracking Composer packages. I don't believe that drupal.org's Composer package publishing system is mature enough to support this yet.

Along similar lines, we should support the new "Deploy a Composer project (from source)" in hosting_deploy.
