Allow users to add the content sync folder path that can be used for the content sync screens as staged content and do the comparison to the active/db content, and for the archive export functionality.

To those following this issue, we wanted to let you know that we have recently released our recommended version of the module, and we have included the ability to set the content sync folder within your settings.php file.
