I have been approached by th_tushar a while ago because he wanted to become a webmaster to help. He already is a GIT admin. He has been very active doing good work over the last weeks. I am going to mentor him continually after his privileges are elevated and guide him in performing the more sensitive tasks.

I am elevating the priority to get this fixed. I don't know who at the moment holds the necessary permissions to provide th_tushar with the role because tvn was always my go-to person to get things done.
In the past week nobody obejcted and Michelle +1ed. So this should really move along.

Could we please grant th_tushar the necessary permissions to acces and edit user profiles? This would be very helpful for intensified work re:spam and also is necessary for certain tasks in the content queue.
