I have been successful in hiding everything I want with the simplify module, except for one tab: Printer, Email, and PDF Versions (see the screenshot attached). Is it possible to hide this, or is it in the works?

Apply this patch and go back to the admin/config/user-interface/simplify page to hide the Printer-friendly pages. I faced similar situation and that's how I fixed it. Cheers.

Even though this is a couple of years old, I have been searching for a while before i found this.

The patch uploaded in #2 applied to the latest drupal 7 recommended version and completely fixed the problem! :)
This works for both Print (module) and Entity Print (module) as I have tested both.
