Identify what remains to be completed for a 1.0 release of MimeMail for D8.

colanGiven that all of the child issues here are done, there are no critical issues, and ~2K sites are using this module for Drupal 8, let's cut a stable release now.

tr commentedThis module has not been completely ported to Drupal 8, so it's premature to make a 1.0 release. The first thing we need to do is identify all the features that have not been ported yet, so they can be completed. Here is are some things that remain to be done, but there are a LOT of other things without a corresponding issue.

The more I use Mime Mail the more I'm convinced that it's nowhere near ready for a 1.0 release. It doesn't even work properly in its current state.
