Redirect module settings in varbase_seo feature

Enabling Check access to the redirected page checkbox in Redirect module settings page with produce an unexpected behaviour of URL aliases with page manager/panels used.

Note: This helps to stop redirection on protected pages and avoids giving away secret URL's. By default this feature is disabled to avoid any unexpected behavior.

With panel pages the page can be accessed via node/NID and page URL alias ex: /about without any redirection from the node/nid to /about.
