patch is not working, getting error like "TypeError: Argument 1 passed to Drupal\block\BlockViewBuilder::view() must implement interface Drupal\Core\Entity\EntityInterface, null given, called in /var/www/html/drupal-8.2.6/modules/modal_blocks/src/Plugin/Block/ModalBlock.php on line 102 in Drupal\block\BlockViewBuilder->view()"
