This module simply provides a custom block which will embed another block and display as a modal/popup. The modal can also be configured to display on a specific frequency and/or page.
Installation
There is no external JS library being used you place the module under /modules directory. That's it. Go to Extend and enable the module
Using Drush:
drush en modal_blocks
Usage
- Visit Structure > Block layout page.
- Select region and place new block. Select "Modal Block".
- Configure block and select which block you would like to embed.
- Configure frequency and period type as well. This determines when and how often the modal block will appear.
- Save block and view page it should appear on.
