Email handler doesn't taking into account the "Included email values" while adding attachments to email.
Means, even if you uncheck some of the managed file field, it still will be send as an attachment.

Since I was able to easily add a valid test and there are no regressions, I committed the patch.

Please download or checkout the latest dev release to review..
