As a precursor to upcoming changes to the project applications process(#2666584: [Community Initiative Proposal] Project Applications Process Revamp), we are updating the project downloads table. The green highlight on a release will now only be visible on releases that are recommend by the maintainer AND receive security advisory coverage. We will also be updating the display of the Drupal 8 Contrib tracker information, and the dev release information. Please see the issue for more details and a mockup.
