The select drop-down for the language switcher is not accessible. It doesn't meet the WCAG 2.0 A standard as it is missing a label for screen readers. The attached patch fixes that.

There's probably another issue with the auto-submit on change for the dropdown for keyboard users but I don't have a solution for that yet.
